  • Exposure to at least one of: FlexTrade, Tradeweb, Orchestrade, Enfusion, TS Imagine, Trading Technologies; hands-on experience with more than one is a plus.

  • Solid troubleshooting skills across multi-system environments, including vendor systems.

  • Familiarity with Citrix or other virtualization/remote access solutions is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, able to translate technical detail into business language.

  • Some exposure to supporting vendor relationships and escalation processes.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and FIX protocols.

  • Flexibility to cover global trading hours and provide on-call after-hours support.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms quickly.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to other e-trading platforms, either buy-side, sell-side, or vendor.

  • Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Shell) to automate support tasks.

  • Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments.

  • ITIL v3/v4 certification and service management experience.

  • Knowledge of messaging protocols (SOAP, JMS, MQ).

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work in a high-performing, collaborative team at the heart of Asia’s financial hub.

  • Exposure to cutting-edge investment strategies and a broad spectrum of legal matters.

  • Competitive remuneration and career growth in a rapidly expanding fund.

  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and have a tangible impact on the firm's direction.
