Product Internship (HK&SG)

About this role

We are seeking a Product Intern to support the technology team in capturing, documenting, and analyzing requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for a penultimate-year student who is looking to gain practical experience in business analysis, product development, project management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in requirement gathering from stakeholders across business and technical teams. 

• Document functional and non-functional requirements in structured formats. 

• Support the creation of use cases and process flow diagrams. 

• Participate in project meetings, workshops, and road-mapping sessions. 

• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Contribute to testing and validation of requirements against deliverables. 

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to support project communication.

Requirements 

• Penultimate-year student pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 

• Familiarity with SQL/Python for basic data querying and analysis. 

• Exposure to Agile project environments, with experience using Jira/Confluence or other similar tools 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
