Office/Administrative Assistant

Core responsibilities:
  • Act as key Receptionist in the new Hong Kong office, working closely with the Hong Kong Office Manager.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider Assistants team across Singapore and Hong Kong to arrange senior management travels, client meetings.

  • Administrative tasks including but not limited to: Office maintenance, travel and meeting coordination, senior management support, and other administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar administrative experience in the financial sector

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Strong integrity and ownership of duties

  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment with sense of urgency
